Quantities - Where the 'measure' is metre, quantities can be in increments of 10cm with a minimum length of 50cm.
Piece Pricing - Where the 'measure' is piece, it cannot be cut and will only be sold as a complete length.
Payment - Is by bank deposit only. These details are displayed on the Confirmation of Order page at the end of the ordering process. All payments must be made to Glynburn Fabrics before shipment.
Returns/Cancellations - Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer accepts that they have relinquished any right to cancel the order or return the Goods.

Trading Terms

Colours - The actual fabric and lace colours may vary to those shown on this website due to photographic processes or your individual computer display settings.
Flaws - Many of our products are hand made and/or have hand made details on them. From time to time there may appear to be minor defects or faults. Where possible, these will be looked for and pointed out prior to shipping.
Non-supply - Glynburn Fabrics shall not be liable in damages to the Buyer for the non-supply of goods which are the subject of a purchase order predating any determination or delivery.
Price Changes - Glynburn Fabrics reserves the right to change product price or availability of any product or service without notice or penalty.
Site Updates - The information on GlynburnFabrics.com.au may not truly reflect actual stock available as the site is only updated weekly to modify changes to stock available.

Damage - Glynburn Fabrics will not be liable for any damage or loss to product in transit and the Buyer is responsible for insuring all product while in transit. The Buyer hereby indemnifies Glynburn Fabrics against any claim made by a third party in respect of any such loss or damage.
Freight - Prices shown are exclusive of freight. The cost of freight will be added to the total amount owing for the purchase of materials.
